My Approach

Every parent should understand what their child’s IEP actually means. It’s all a foreign language until someone explains it to you. As a consultant, I will thoroughly explain the various parts of your child’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP), help you understand how to monitor and ensure that services are delivered, and remain a supportive resource. As a Special Education Teacher for more than two decades and parent of a child who received a classification, I know the importance of clarity! You should be just as knowledgeable and versed in your child’s needs as the people sitting on the opposite side of the table!
